The SCHF06S 8FCR is a limited edition design from Chopard which is coming soon to the PRETAVOIR site. The Red Carpet 2020 model has been inspired by Haute Joaillerie, the high jewellery creations in which aesthetics and craftsmanship harmoniously combine. The hexagonal front piece is rendered in a completely unique manner by 194 handset cubic zirconia, colour-coordinated to match the mirroring of the lenses. The microcast double profile of the frame recalls the ‘lace’ jewellery that creates authentic embroidery on the skin. The temple tips evoke the Palme d’Or, the most coveted prize and Festival symbol, which is also crafted by Chopard. An elegant pochette case and a round-shaped feminine box in antique rose-hued velvet, complete the sophisticated allure of this jewellery-inspired frame.

The exquisite sunglasses feature outstanding design details such as the hexagonal front piece with microcast double profile carefully decorated with handset cubic zirconia along the length of the frame in shades to match the colour of the lenses. The red carpet frame is available in 23K rose gold and yellow gold versions, gradient lenses with light flash mirroring in the rose gold variant or gradient lenses with light smoke mirroring in the yellow gold variant. The slender metal temples with palm-shaped decorative elements on the temple tips is an exceptional work of art.
This limited edition frame is part of the Chopard loves Cinema collection, the ‘Chopard loves Cannes’ frame represents a bond of love exists between the Maison Chopard and the Cannes Festival - a bond that is celebrated each year through splendid creations that take to the runway on the Promenade de la Croisette.
