As a global business we, like many businesses around the world, are working carefully to adapt our retail practises during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to the ever-changing landscape of the situation, we are working proactively by putting protocols in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.

We are determined to continue maintaining our commitment to our customers therefore our team are working safely to dispatch your orders. We are practising the government’s recommended 2 metre social distancing regulations as well as taking extra care to maintain the highest level of hygiene across our full supply-chain while wearing face-coverings. We will continue to review these practices on an ongoing basis to ensure our team is well informed and continue to function in a safe and professional environment.

We are working hard to dispatch your orders the same day they are placed [if it is received before 3pm BST (2pm GMT) Monday to Friday].

We operate our own onsite lens lab with a wide variety of available lenses. If you need glasses in a hurry please call and we will aim to dispatch the same-day. Otherwise please add 2-3 days for WLC and Kodak lenses and 4-6 days for Zeiss (from Germany). However please be mindful you may face delays due to the unprecedented circumstances we find ourselves in

Information from courier services are continually changing, with different countries and governments updating their position on this on a daily basis.

Your local governmental websites will provide the most accurate source of relevant information, and most courier companies have information on their websites detailing the impact of their services in certain geographic locations.

The return process for items remains the same, however, due to the uncertainties surrounding deliveries we have extended our return period to 30 days rather than 14 days. ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING ORDERS?

Yes - however due to the current COVID-19 situation there will be delays for certain domestic and international locations. Contactless delivery is being implemented by most courier companies - please check local courier services to find out more about this.

I NEED NEW PRESCRIPTION GLASSES, CAN YOU HELP?

Yes! We offer three types of prescription lenses - WLC, Kodak and Zeiss. If you choose WLC or Kodak we will aim to get your glasses out the very same day [give us a call if you need them urgently] however Zeiss will take a further 4-6 days. Please upload your valid prescription [prescriptions are normally valid for 2 years from the date of your last eye test] at the point of purchase. If you require any further assistance please contact us!

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We aim to dispatch sunglasses orders on the same day [if it is received before 3pm BST (2pm GMT) Monday to Friday]. Prescription lenses are still approximately a further 2-6 days.You can track your order with the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch. Please allow a few hours after the email to check the progress online with the relevant courier service.

I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM AND NEED EXTRA TIME?

No problem - our returns process has remained the same however we have extended our return policy from 14 days to 30 days. If you require further assistance please check our returns policy or contact customer service.
