Inspired by Yoko Ono in the Porsche Design 8479 Sunglasses, the 8693’s are a tribute to the distinctive Porsche Design classic which was the second pair of sunglasses ever created by F.A. Porsche.
This new striking design presents a new and more “engineered” take on the original, instead of the continuous shield, the 8693 sunglasses are a more hybrid design in cooperation aviator shaping. Staying true to the original design, they are semi-rimless with visible screws and stainless steel detailing holding the mirrored lenses in place. The brushed ruthenium metal frame completes the perfect minimalist frame that provides maximum impact.
