Our aim at GlassesNow is to get you your frame, with prescription lenses, within one working day of you ordering it. To do this, we need you to get your order in to us before 4pm (3pm if you're in Europe) so we have time to make your lenses, package it all up and pass it on to the postman. We ship your glasses using Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD in the UK and FedEx International Priority in Europe. We've found both these services to be the most reliable and secure, while offering the speed of delivery that we're after.
If you order before 4pm, Monday to Friday, you will receive your frames the next day. Order on a Saturday before 12pm, and you'll get them for Monday. Order after 12pm on Saturday, or all day Sunday and your glasses will be with you for Tuesday. You will recieve a tracking number by email for your order after we ship it. If you order via the website and created an account you can view the status and tracking number of your order in My Account --> My Orders
During times around public holidays, delivery will be restricted. We try and keep this information up to date on the site, so keep an eye out for our delivery timer at the top of each page, and on the product pages, that will let you know when your order can be shipped, and how long you have to order before that shipment deadline is up.

We want you to be really happy with your purchase. If you not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to process an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt of your order for all orders within the UK, and within 21 days internationally.
So what to do? First thing - drop us a an email or reply to your order confirmation and let us know. You can of course phone us ( 00 44 141 5486520 or 08002984374 )if you would like to talk to us about an exchange or replacement. We'll confirm to you right back what we have talked about. If you are returning any purchase for a replacement or refund, we'll send you a returns form

Your order must be sent back at our office within the above time frame quoted. The item must be unworn and in pristine condition to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of lenses if returning prescription eyewear. Our standard lenses are all free with any frame, so the cost of any customised coatings, transitions or thin lenses will not be refunded.
Return postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty or if there has been an error on our part. In the event of a return where the product is not faulty, we are able to refund the full cost of the product, minus the original postage cost, if applicable. For exchanges, we will contact you for payment on return postage to you. The amount of the original postage cost will only be returned where postage was paid, which will be £7.90 for orders sent to Europe.
All of our items are covered by a minimum one year manufacturer guarantee against faults. If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us with the details of the faulty item, the full name the original order was originally placed under, the date of the order, the e-mail address and order number if you have it. Our knowledgeable team will be able to advise you how to proceed.
